Well, that was a fun morning! now off to train my afternoon clients!
What do i get up to in a typical day? well,
I woke up at 6:30 to some quinoa and egg whites, and then trained my mobile clients.
I then had to go to the grocery store to buy more food, and get my cook on... making chicken, beef, turkey, brussel sprouts, eggs, and rice.
I then did my ab routine while my food was cooking and wrote more recipes for my new cook book and prepped for my evening clients.
Then it was gym time.. BACK time BABY!!
4 x failure Lat Pull down
4 x seated row failure
3 x lat pull machine
3 x one arm row vs. straight bar
3 x high row pull down
Followed by athletic therapy where she stripped down my back, pecs, biceps and triceps....
AND NOW CLIENTS, ITS YOUR TURN!!
I love my Job!
